THE PROBLEMS
Low usage of the students apartment's many recreational facilities is due to the events notification system and the complex app design, resulting in a poor living experience.
KEY INSIGHTS
85% of students avoid apartment activities due to insufficient information channels.
70% struggle with the app's complex interface, especially on the maintenance page.
GOAL
Design an student apartment management app with mild social features to boost awareness of activities, increase facility usage, and enhance user experience and design.
